There were a few changes made to the rules prior to the draft.

They are as follows :

Each team is comprised of 16 players instead of 14.

If a player on a team scores points while on defense or special teams, the team with that player gets points for the score.

A defense gets 10 points for a shutout, 7 points for holding a team to 3 or under, 5 points for 7 or under, and 3 for 10 or under.

No trades can be made after week #8 instead of after week #6.

The way our prize money is distributed as written in our rules is based on 12 teams instead of 8. Therefore, the prize money rule will be amended. There will still be $15 awards for the team with the most points during the regular FFL season at each position (QB, RB(combined), WR(Combined), TE, Kicker, Defense). The Champion receives 50% of the money left after the $90 has been distributed to the position winners. Second place receives 75% of what's left after that and third place gets 25%.

The playoffs will consists of the winner of the Turnpike Conference and the winner of the Parkway Conference. The two teams with the best records after that will be the wildcard teams. Week #15 of the NFL season will be week #1 of our playoffs. The #1 team will play #4 and #2 will play #3. The winners will play the next week in the Super Bowl and the losers will play the next week for third place.
